Meet Ke'alohi

My name is Ke'alohi Naipo and I'm a weight inclusive, Registered Dietitian who specializes in Native Hawaiian nutrition and disordered eating.

I was born in Hawai‘i, and lived in parts of Oregon during college. I am a cis gender female (she/her/hers) of Native Hawaiian, Okinawan, Chinese, and Caucasian ancestry. I am mama of two, who enjoys dancing hula, cooking, and slowly learning to grow food.

I struggled with dieting, body acceptance, and a complicated relationship with food for as long as I can remember. After I got pregnant, gave birth two my two keiki, the pressure to shed the baby weight felt overwhelming, stressful, and further complicated my relationship with my body.

Today, I help to educate, and support other mama's with a more gentle approach to nutrition without dieting, so they can focus on their wellness and being present for the things that are important right now.
