Weight inclusive approach: Ke'alohi believes that your health and wellness go beyond the number on the scale alone. When working together, weight is not seen as a health behavior, so health and nutrition interventions are not designed to impact one's weight but rather to encourage health behaviors such as rejecting diet culture, eating a wide variety of foods, moving your body in an enjoyable way, etc. Learn to find holistic health without the pursuit of weight loss. 

Cultural humility: Ke'alohi believes that you can honor your health, culture, and cravings without removing foods. Learn about positive nutrition without giving up the foods you love!

Specialty care: Ke'alohi accepts clients 18 years and older. Specialities include: 

• Nutrition for Native Hawaiians.
• Weight inclusive care for management of diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
• Healing from diet trauma.
• Eating disorders- Bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, OSFED, compulsive exercise.
